This job site is a three phase project consisting of site preparation, utilities and building pads for
a Burrito Express, an office building, and a grocery store. Joseph Hughes Construction is the prime contractor for the job.
This project, including all phases of work, is expected to continue through Spring of 2005.

The King Road Shopping Center is located on the corner of King Rd. & 42nd Street in Milwaukie, OR. We plan on continuing
with the third phase of the project and preparing east area of the site for the future Safeway within the next two months.
